API 6A Wellhead Plug Valve / 2" Plug Valve with Fig 1502
Product Overview
Plug Valves are used to control flow opena and close. valve bodies are die-forged from premium alloy steel and heat treated to ensure the strength. plugs and seal segments are machined from heat treated alloy steel with special surface treatment to ensure reliable sealing capacity.
We has also developed plug valves for H2S service in accordance with NACE MR0175 criteria with 1 " to 4 " bore sizes and 10,000psi to 15,000psi rated pressure.
Working principle and structure characteristics
Mainly by the valve body, hand wheel, plunger, and other component parts.
Import and export have adopted 1502 from the previous form of connectivity (also customized according to customer needs), the valve body and between the cylinder liner tile with tile and through lining embedded into seals Cylindrical Seal.
Contrast between the tile and plunger seal cylindrical metal complexes, characterized with high precision, sealed reliable.
Note: 10000 psi high-pressure, can also more relaxed on or off valve.
Main Characterstics of Our Wellhead Plug Valve
- The cylindrical meal-to-meal fit between the liner and the pluger is adopted to insure a high fiiting accuracy and thereby reliable sealing performance.
- The 1502 union connection is applied to connect its inlet and outlet to he pipeline (this can be custom-made according to different requirements) .the precise fit between the valve body and the liner is insured by means of cylindrical fitting, and the sealant is inlaid through the outer cylindrical surface of the liner to make sure that it is hermitically sealed.
- The plug valve is mainly made up of the body,the hand wheel,the pluger and the others.
- Note:even under a pressure of 15000psi,the valve can be opened or closed with ease.
